1. General Policy

At AiFuture Story, we strive to ensure maximum satisfaction and transparent service across all our developer publishing packages and advertising sponsorships.

AiFuture Story is operated by Cyberbizz Technologies.

2. Digital Products & Editorial Services

Due to the immediate allocation of senior engineering editorial bandwidth, article publishing packages and sponsorship slots are considered final once the peer-review or layout staging pipeline has commenced.

If you have purchased a publishing package in error and have not yet submitted any draft manuscripts for review, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of transaction.

3. Refusal or Rejection of Publication

If your submitted article is fundamentally rejected by our technical & AI editorial board for failing to meet code accuracy, research integrity, or anti-plagiarism benchmarks (and cannot be resolved through technical revisions), we will issue a full refund for that specific article fee.

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds are typically credited back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days, subject to your card issuer or banking partner's processing timeline.
